Ok Folks, I know this has been ask several times. I have tried a couple of types of proten myself, ie Isopure 50mg of proten and Vitalady, less grams of proten. The Isopure is very good. Vitalady is ugh. I have not tried any from GNC. Give me some ideas on products. Oh yes, Vitalady was almost double in price than Isopure. Marla

Hi Marla! I got a flavorless protein powder that I add to my drinks. I got it from my local Vitamin Tree and it had 18g's of protein per scoop. It helps and if you blend it or shake it really well, you dont get the gritty powder taste. I didnt know about Isopure, where did you get that? 50mg or grams? If I remember right 50mg would equal 25grams....still very good. Warm Regards, Carol

Hey Marla, I have tried all kinds of protein lately. I bought several samples from Vitalady. Didn't like most of them. And then I found out about Susan Maria's site and her sample are cheaper. I bought protein at GNC. I like their vanilla the best so far. And I also found a few sites online that offer free samples. Talk to you when I get back Karee
