Paperwork was faxed today

Now the real waiting begins...the approval process with my insurance company (Coresource PPO PHCS). No one has much info on my insurance company so I am so anxious to see if this will be difficult or not. I have sent them everything they required and more Happy Cinco de Mayo to me! Amy
