Great Meeting at Tampa General Hospital last night

The support meeting last night at TGH was very interesting...
A great group of people showed up
All at different phases of their weight loss journey.
They all shared..For me as a Newbie
It was wonderful to hear all their stories
and learn from their experiences and knowledge
It made me realize that I must focus  on the Positive aspects of life...
The positive aspects of Weight loss Surgery..
I must celebrate this great  tool(RNY)    lthat I have been given to lose weight..
I Must think about 3 positive things that happen each day..
if anyone is interesed in Tampa General Support Meetings.
They are hosted at the hospital on the 3rd Tuesday of the month..
Next month is a Nutrionist seminar...

Anna I am so sorry I missed it, I was so busy that day it was a mess. I would have loved to see that smiling face of yours. I have wil marked down for next month.

Sounds interesting. I haven't attended any support meetings since leaving TX back in Oct. when we moved down here. I would love to meet some other people as I am coming up on one year post op myself and almost at goal weight. They have assigned me to Dr. Murr and I really like him so far.
