Letters written.
Hey Guys! 
Well, next Tuesday is my appt. with my PCP and although I have chosen a surgeon and set an appt. with him I have yet to talk to my PCP. I need a referral from him for the surgeon as well as a letter of Medical Necessity. I will also be a new patient of his. I have written a letter I am going to give to him, as well as typed up a list and results of some of the diets I have tried.
My question to you all is, what else should I say to him? How should I bring it up? I am scared and nervous he is not going to tell me what I want to hear. Well, Please everyone keep me in your prayers as my appt. with him approaches.
