i think you posted this once before and i didnt listen to it... but i am so glad i listend to it this time.... it is so true... and it is so powerful... i watch oprah ol most every day...and i love her show.. so of the shows are so powerful... and some hit so close to home... so... next time you dotn think you can... get out there... and let your knees shake and your heart race beacuse the next time you have to do that same thing again.. it wont be as bad... hope all is well with yall...
