Hi, new to this site

Hi everyone, I had surgery July 14, 2003 and to date have lost 90 pounds post and 64 pounds pre for a total loss of 154 pounds. I belong to another site and we have formed teams around country. The florida team is Team Sunbabes. We have several chapter across Florida. If anyone would like to belong to another kind of support group email us at [email protected] I have lurked here at Obesity Help for months and have gotten alot of good information. I figured that I had better post and let people know me. I tend to be very shy. I live in Miami and my surgery was done by Dr. Sosa. I am presently weighing in at 196 from 350. Smooches, Gigi

Thats wonderful! great loss. I am just 10 days post op but have lost 19lbs. I am excited about the journey. Take care and give a shout out every now and then, no need to be shy, we are all family here hehe Take care and God bless, Susan

Hi and welcome to the site. I am new here too. I actually was born and raised in miami, and even tried to see Dr. Sosa. But alas, I moved to Orlando in Aug of 2003 and am now starting my journey again on the WLS. That is so wonderful for you I am sure you must feel wonderful!
