Jacksonville Support Group

This Sunday, April 18th the Jacksonville Area Bariatric Support Group will have its monthly meeting from 2:00pm to 4:00 at the Embassy Suites Hotel on Baymeadows Road. The 1st hour will be a informational meeting for pre-ops hosted by Dr. Keith Kim with US Bariatrics and the 2nd hour will be an open support meeting. The meeting is open to all pre and post ops.
