Need guidance please

Kinda new here and want to find any information any of you have regarding medipass and getting surgery done. I read some of the posts about cut backs and am a little worried. I have been working on getting in to see some one for almost a year actually a bit over a year but broke my ankle and had to post pone it for a bit even with ankle going forward with a new energy and pushing even further not giving up!!
