I have seen that alot of people from Dade,Broward,Palm Beach post in this site.I wanted to inform you of a Broward based support group for post ops.We meet once per month either the 2nd or 3rd Wed of the month at different people's homes.We usually get b'ween 20-30 attendees and try to have a pertinent speaker.Wanted to inform you of the meetings.if interested you can email me [email protected]. This month's meeting will be April 21 Greg Pryor-was Dr Atkins executive chef.Author of "A Complete Low Carb Lifestyle will be the speaker. He will discuss: Benefits of Low Carb Cuisine Understanding Food labels How to Live a Healthier Lifestyle without Falling into a High Carb Trap. He has a masters in Food Science and is very knowledeable about carbs and sugar alcohols etc.He usually charges for his services,but he will speak to us gratis.
