SKIN REMOVAL?

Hi, I have a worry...and it is not stopping me from the surgery. My surgeon says at the century mark if I a have loose skin in an abundance he will do the neccessary paper work to get it fixed. He has a 98 percent approval rate of any and all insurances. He says if you will let him take the pictures he needs he WILL, get approval..so thats not a problem. My problem is that the loose skin scares me. I once lost 37 pounds and man my thighs...argggggggggg! and now I need to lose 100 pounds. Will I ever want to show myself out of clothes again? lol If there is anyone out there that has had skin removal before and after photos...please send me a link and help ease some of my tention... hay... im still pre-op but i have talked to many people about this issue as well as my hair falling out... ive herd that you can use victoria's secret body CREAM... and drink lots of water and stay on your vitamians.. but then again it all depends on how long you have been obese.. and if you smoke... but for teh hair loss.. i have hurd that zinc and biotien can help with that... Hi, My doctor tells me that if I don't have an intake of 70mgs of protien or more my hair will fall out. So that's the key. Also extro protien is the key to speeding up metabolism that has slowed down in weight lost after the surgery...Good Luck and God Bless. Rj
