Kissimmee gyms

I am heading south in a week, and would like to check out a gym for a class in the Kissimmee/Orlando area.  Does anyone have a suggestion?

 LA Fitness offers visitor passes or trial passes for 1 week I think and have several classes.  You should be able to look them up on the web.
