Do most surgeon require a stress test?

Please let me know if you had to have a stress test since you are over 40 y/o? if not, who was your surgeon?

my sureon requires it of all patients no matter what age. good luck. melinda

I was told it is baced on the insurance not the doctor...i might be wrong
