Approved!!!!!!!

Yes I was approved by insurance on Dec.23 for surgery on 1/13/2010 at 8:30 am. Had to submit some more paper work on Dec.18 but was approved on the 23rd. I am so happy I did not have to file an appeal was not looking forward to that process.

Thanks I work for the dade county and we are self insured now avmed just administer the plan. But if you need any info or advice just send me a message. They send you thru many hoops to jump all you have to do is make sure you complete every test, appt, diet or whatever they ask.
