Need Advise

Hello, I donot qualify for WL surgery so I am going to research on Dr's Quick Weight Loss Centers or L.A. Weighloss. Can anyone give me feedback before I invest on one of these?..thxs

To be honest, I have not heard too much on these places. I have heard that the best and most healthiest way to go is Weigh****chers. Personally I have never done Weigh****chers (I have done everything else under the sun though) but I know people who have and have had tremendous luck with it. Also seeing a Dr who can monitor you on a good plan might be good also.

Hi Jeanette, I tried L.A. weight loss. Stayed on for 1 week, wasted alot of money. They give u a choice of candy-like bars, really good but sugar in them.Good Luck, Linda N.
