HELP...Florida Medicaid?

Has anyone having/had surgery that has Florida Medicaid/"share of cost"? who is/was your surgeon? "Share of cost" is listed as medical needy and you have to meet a certain amount of health cost EACH month depending on your income. I'm just trying to find out if the surgery is covered under Medicaid/share of cost and which surgeons accept it.
