Nutrition for Dr Case

Anyone have a nutritionist that is covered by insurance for pre-op qualification for a Nutritionist consult.Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated....I live in Pinellas County so anythng around that area would be great.

I went to Nadine Pazder at Morton Plant and my insurance covered everything but a $50 copay. Also, I didn't pay at the time of service, I received a bill from Morton Plant months after the appointment. I had United Health Care Choice HMO at the time.
