Hi Everyone!!

I had a lot of fun meeting everyone that came to the Dec '09 "Eat" & Greet......  for everyone that wasn't able to attend we missed you & hope you'll be able to make it to the Jan dinner.

The next get together will be on January 11th at 6:30pm at the Logan's Roadhouse in Sanford (see address below).

***Feel free to bring samples of your favorite post-op must haves to share with the group (ex. protein powder, vitamins, snacks, recipes, etc...)

Hopefully I can attend the February meeting.  Since I wil be on day 6 of post op diet I don't want to tempt myself at the January meeting.

You should still come....  it'll be fun to meet everyone...  If not, hopefully we'll see you in Feb.  :)

Type of surgery doesn't matter, in fact it's better to have a variety. We used to have some sleevers come as well. Anyone is welcome !!
