Help!! Ins. question

Hi Everyone... In waiting to get approved... I just got a message from my surgeons office advising that Aetna is requesting additional information on my supervised diet. What additional information can I send them, I already sent them all my medical records and everything... Did anyone have this problem and if so, what did you send them ????? Thanks !!!

I would call Aetna myself and ask them for a specific explanation of what they are looking for, that way you know from the horses mouth and can get it. Stephanie
