Does anyone know of a dr here in florida that takes healthease(medicaid) for lap rny, i've called the healthease/medicaid office :the names they give me no longer take it or no longer doing wls. I know dr rehnke in st pete takes healthease but doesn't do lap(so his office says). The dr. i 1st found to do the surgery is here in daytona, he takes healthease but not for the wls (go figure) i was told by his office the last 5 months that he did but was still setting everything up with the hospital and insurance. One of the nurses at his office told me they are trying to work things out with healthease that if i wanted to wait a couple more months to see i could, i've been waiting since sept. Should i wait, find a new dr or call healthease (again) and try to convince them that they should work things out with the dr. thanks tammy :0)
