Aetna HMO...anyone have this nsurance and got approved for WLS???

Hi al! I am new to this board, so forgive me if this comes out weird... I went the other day for a surgical consult and now have to go for the mandatory "WLS meeting" at the hospital which my chosen surgeon performs his miracles at, and then I guess the testing (GI, psych, etc) will follow after that. Anybody had this insurance and how long did it take to get approval for surgery? I saw Dr Liem and Maria, his nurse,and was most impressed. I am so anxious to get this process going.. I am a single mom, 44 years old, that has about 100 lbs to lose and and so ready to turn over a new page in this life and start fresh and feel better than I have in years. I would love to hear from anyone with this insurance and also those that have had surgery with Dr Liem. Talk to you all later! Daria
