Medical Malpractice Insurance-Dr. Tenewitz

As many of you now know, Dr. Tenewitz's long and successful bariatric practice is in jeopardy of closing due to the sky high costs of medical malpractice insurance. Well over 700 of "US" are directly impacted, not to mention the hundreds of patients in 2004 that will not be able to obtain the TOOL OF LIFE! Please help Dr. Tenewitz as well as other fine bariatric physicians by lobbying your congressmen/women and senators, the Florida Insurance Commission, your community newspapers, radio personalities, and leaders who will take a stand to stop the high cost of malpractice insurance in Florida. Dr. Tenewitz is our doctor, our fearless leader, our confidant and our friend. We all must fight for him, and for our new gift of life. I encourage you to email, call and write the above-mentioned groups. Don't stop at the local level. All obese Floridians who desire the ultimate in bariatric care will suffer if we, as a post-operative community, do nothing and let this fine doctor lose his practice.
