Relocating to Florida From Georgia

Hello All:

I'm moving to Tampa at the end of the month and wanted to check in for any suggestions regarding support groups and meetings.

I had the RNY Sept 2008 and is extremely pleased with my progress thus far.  I want to continue on the path I'm on and of course, I'm looking to form new relationships and friendships.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Surgery Weight = 185.6 lbs.
Current Weight = 121.2 lbs.
Goal Weight = 130 lbs. (5'1")

I just moved to Tampa 4 months myself and I have still yet to hit a support meeting but I am looking to do so. Welcome to TAMPA!

Mike is the expert on everything WLS on that Gulf Coast.  Sorry, but I am on the "right" coast and dont know the area. But good luck and welcome to Florida.

Tampa General Hospital has nice support group meetings...call thier bariatric dept.
