need to find a WLS friendly PCP in the Gainesville area

Hi all... I've just started insurance with Avmed as a State of FL employee. I am looking for help finding a primary care physician who will be an ally in my desires to have WLS. I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks, Audrey

Hi Audrey - I go to Dr. Bruce Branin in Gainesville, I usually see his ARNP Bev Nelson, or him, whichever is available. I had surgery on 1/6/04 and by the way I also have Avmed State of florida Employees plan you are the carbon copy (except female) of me! ;) Jonathan
