CRAZY INSURANCE COMPANY

Yesterday I got a call telling me that I would need to schedule my surgery for this month because the new year would bring an insurance policy change and the approval they just gave maynot be valid with the new policy. Today is Dec 2nd and the holidays are coming how am I suppose to get my surgery so soon?

Hello Bre. I should have told you about it. I found out about it about 3 and half weeks ago. Thats why a scrambled to find me a CIGNA Dr. Fast that had an excellent background documentations. CIGNA is making so difficult to get the healthcare we deserve. See if you can get your Surgeon to put you on his schedule. Tell him/her your situation and ask for their help. Keep me posted.
