Surgery Approval

I finally got approved after an appeal. Dr. Wizman in Margate(Ft Lauderdale) will be performing my surgery on December 11th at The Northwest Medical Hospital. I'm so excited!

Hurray For You! You are on your way to a new and improved you! I am 9 days post op and I feel very good. Tired but ZERO complications. I did everything that they said to do TO THE LETTER. Be diligent about your pre-op dietary requirements and the surgery will go well. Also, walk walk walk! I am so happy for you Phi! Best wishes, Diane in Viera!

Congrats on your approval. I am 4 days post-op. I agree with Diane about the walking. I walked so much in the hospital my calfs were hurting. Nurses said I was their best patient. There were 2 women there with WLS and they wouldn't walk. Nurse said they would have a longer recovery. Take care.
