18 month check up

I had my 18 month checkup (and last one) with Dr. Thoburn yesterday. It was kinda sad, but joyous!! All of labs were perfect...except that darn B-12 I have struggled with this whole time. He suggested I start taking the sublingual everyday instead of every other. He said that I far exceeded his expectations. Surgical success is 50% loss of the excess weight, his goal is more like 70-75% of the excess weight. I lost a total of 94% !!!! Total loss in 18 months - 150 pounds !! OFF all medications and feeling MARVELOUS !!
