Is there a self payer in the house?

I am thinking about taking out a second mortgage on my house in order to pay for surgery. I am wondering how much to apply for. I having been trying to get my insurance to pay for over a year. The premeiums finally became to much to bare. I would rather pay a seond morrtgage. I am starting the process now.

You might want to check out Dr. Alejandro Aguirre. He's in Ensenada, Mexico. He has a waiting list already booked into next year and the cost is around $8500.00.
