what can i give

i got a letter from the appeal board asking if i had anymore information to send them becuase they wanted to make an informed decision. I have already sent them ...a letter from my primary, a psyc eval, my surgeons' and a personal letter. What else can I possibly sent them?

Hi Bre, I know what you mean. I have sent my first appeal off to CIGNA. You might want to send your doctors notes listing your co-morbities as well as copies of his notes as far back as you can go as well as a DETAILED weight program history which would include any home or herbal diets you have tried as well as their outcome in weight loss or gain. Also if you have seen a specialist such as any chiropractor or massage therapist ......basically EVERYTHING....EVEN if your surgeon has already sent it! Good LUCK.
