Countdown clock

I am looking for a countdown clock that I can place on my profile whenever I have a date. All I have left is getting my doctor to send a letter to Dr. Overcash. Hope to have that in by next week. Got back last week from our cruise. It seemed like I was always eating but only gained 2 pounds. Have lost that plus 3 1/2 more in the last week. The cruise was fantastic, now we are thinking of a 7 day trip next year.
