I just had my one year anniversary. and I'm 100 llbs down. My surgeon's goal is still 40 lbs away but they say look for 20% above their goal so that gives me 20 lbs to go. slow but sure. I'm in a size 14 down from a 26. It's to surreal when I go clothes shopping so many choices now. Thanks to all who supported me along this wonderful journey. MY support Group in Dr. Jawad's office, my family and friends.
