6.5 wks Post-op down 60 lbs

I am very new to all of this, the world of WLS family. I am scheduled for Lap Band on 10/31. Is this the same procedure you had? I have sooooo many questions and reservations. We are paying for this ourselves as I have no ins. I thought I would be having RGB but was advised this was not the best route to go and was advised to have LapBand. I live in Osteen, which is just a few miles from you(Howdy Neighbor Ha Ha). Can you plz shed some light. Thank you, Terry

Hello Anita, Congrats on your weight-loss. It's great isn't it? I am from Deltona. Where are the meetings in Orlando? I would like to get involved in a support group. Could you give some info?
