I can not believe it, I just spoke to my insurance case worker and she approved it.
She is calling the Doctor to notify them and then I can schedule my surgery. YEA!!!

Congratulations! I bet you're excited! can I ask what insurance company you have? I'm still shopping around, right now I am uninsured... also I'm new to this site and can't figure out how to get my avatar up! lol
