Hello Everyone.

 

I haven't been on here in awhile. I've had a lot happen in my life since last October 31st when I had surgery. As some of you know I lost my wife in a car accident on Thanksgiving last year. And since then I have been able to see my Daughter or (Step-Daughter) Tori. But her Father has been trying to get custody of her and my Wife was trying to get his rights taken away from him. which I won't go into because I want you to watch a video that her 1st Husband put together. and that will explain a lot. And all I ask is for you to circulate this Video and if you can write a letter to the Judge telling him your opinion.  I want to add the reason He did not serve the 20 to 50yrs was because Mooresville lost the evidence. How do you lose a couch????? Among other thing's.

Also She cryed to me Because her Father told her that she spends to much time with me and her staying the night with me was bad. And when he get's custody of her. she won't see me anymore. How the hell do you tell a 5yr old who's lost so much in her life that your going to take away something else from her? I'm the ONLY DAD SHE KNOW'S! She doesn't know him And she has told me she's scared that he will kill her. which is because she knows what he did to her Twin Brother. She's my Baby and I am just wanting everyone to know what's going on so maybe we can all make a difference in her life!

Ya'know I just thought of passing this by. It's nice your pleading for this child BUT we know nothing of you and nothing of her father & his family. This forum in my opinion is not the place, world-wide to try to get people to send email and notes to this Judge. To inidate his mailboxs may kick you in the butt & bite your efforts. If you respond please include the Police Report of the cou*****ident. We are in Florida not Indiana.

I Appreciate your Opinion! But I've been on here since my Surgery Last October and didn't know anyone except my Sister-in-law! As you probably did not know anyyone as well! But I would just like to get there word out to as many people as possible to stop what my Wife did not want to happen. Which was for Tori's Father to have anything to do with her!  I believe that it's a decision should make for herself once she is older! As of now she doesn't really know him and is scared of him. He never wanted anything to do with her until my wife passed and now that she has a very large bank account he want's her. If you would like more info You can Contact  William Carter. He is a dective for a local Police department here and is the one who put this video together.
He has all the legal documents as well as Autopsy reports. This was also my Wifes first husband.
I just cant stand by and do nothing. She is afraid that she will be taken from me as well. I hate to hear her cry because her so called Father tells her that she wont see me anymore if he get's custody and that it's bad for her to stay with me on the weekends I raised this little girl. I am the only Dad she know's I have 3 other Daughters that are grown and would do anything for my Kids.
I hope that this doesnt backfire but what can you do. His Attorney has been in this court for yrs. His family has Money and know people! I don't know. But I appreciate your concerns I'm just not sure what to do anymore.
