OPEN RNY POST-OP 8 DAYS; LOST 29 LBS!!!

I have to share the GREAT news I got yesterday. I am Open RNY Post-OP 8 days and decided to go to store to buy a scale - I got on the scale and almost past out I had lost 29 lbs!!!!! I thought that it had to be wrong, so I pulled out @ 5 scale and all of them were within the same poundage by 1 - 2 lbs.

Hi Anita, I'm so glad to hear of your success. WOW!! I'm right behind you, I have surgery scheduled with Dr. Overcash next Friday 09/05. I'm looking forward to your journal updates. Please keep us posted. How are you doing with your food and pain control? I'm soo nervous. Did you get the last minute jitters? What time was your surgery scheduled for and what time did you actually get wheeled in to OR? Sorry for all the questions.. I'm excited and nervous all wrapped into one..
