Finally found Central Florida Psychiatric Associates in Winter Park (2802 Aloma Ave., Ste. 200; Winter Park, FL - Ph: 407-679-8004) and they have a new office on Semoran (672 N. Semoran Blvd., Ste. 203; Orlando, FL 32807 - Ph: 407-206-1106). I am scheduled for 7/23/03 @ 3:30. This is one of my final steps prior to Dr. O's office submitting to insurance - yeah!! I have spent over 2 months visiting different doctors and having multiple tests, but it's going to be well worth the effort and time the next couple months!

Hi Anita! If you're close to Celebration, US Bariatrics works with a group Moorehead, Parish and Associates PA....954-524-5244....I know 2 people who have gone through this group and the cost is $400. I'll be making my appointment soon! Good luc****lly
