Looking for surgeon and support in Ft. Myers vicinity...

Hi all!
If you know me from elsewhere on OH, this may or may not be news...  I am moving back to Florida after 10 years here in West Virginia.  I will be near the Ft. Myers area and my surgeon here doesn't have any referrals in that area, so I need to find a good surgeon in that area to continue periodic followup care and to handle any emergencies that may arise over the years.  I'm looking for names!

I'm also very active in our support group here and will miss that when I get back to FL, so I'm curious if there are any support groups in that area...
