medicaid

Hi,  I am thinking about moving back home to Florida,  does anyone know exactly what medicaid requires for surgery,  and also any good Dr.s in Tampa ?

I live in Orlando, by way of st Pete and prior to being banded I searched and searched all over Fla.  and the only hospital that I found that took medicaid was Dr. Ben-David out of Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Fl.  This is where I had my band done.  Follow this link http://www.surgery.ufl.edu/bariatrics/ and then click on medicaid requirements,  I hope this helps
