Central Fl - Altamonte Springs yummy store RAVE!!

I stopped by Rosie D'Lites (http://www.rosiesdlites.com/) in Altamonte today and got some PB2 and some of their D'lite ice cream. I had the Payday (candy bar) flavored ice cream - 10 cal. per 1 oz. It was so yummy! They seem to have 6-8 flavors a day so I want to go back and try more. They also had Skinny Crisps in lots of flavors and some other low carb snacks.

I am so happy I found this place - I can give in to my sweet tooth cravings and not feel guilty!!

Thank you so much for writing about this place.  I've been craving ice cream but can't seem to find anything I can eat.  Next time I take a trip over that direction, I'm gonna stop by.  Yay!
