Questions about Dr.Murr and Dr. Gallagher

Well my question is Has anyone been to the Tampa Bariatric Institute at tampa general hospital with dr.murr and dr.gallagher?...... If so how was your experience and what surgery did you get?

Are you asking about the program through USF physicians group with Dr. Murr and Dr. Gallagher.  They do their surgeries at Tampa General.  I hadn't heard it called Tampa Bariatric Institute.  If these are the two Dr.'s that you are talking about I can't say enough positive things about them or their program.  I just passed my 2 year mark from having RNY.  I have lost 115 - 117 lbs.  They are very thorough and if you have an issue either one of them or one of the fellows that work with them will call you back very quickly.

I agree with the other post, My surgery is Tuesday. Lap RNY. TGH is a great hospital.

Oh Ok well as far as I am concerned they are the best Dr.'s in the area.  Dr. Gallagher did my surgery and Dr. Murr assisted and like I said I couldn't be happier with the results or with the care I have received.  They have been great. Good Luck.
