just to let you guys know!!!

Hey guys,      In reference to my other earlier post about BCBS of Florida state employees ppo. I did further research and found in my booklet where WLS is excluded, with an EXCEPTION IF ITS MEDICALLY NECESSARY. YAY...... So if its a medical necessity (which my surgeon says I am) they will pay people..... So if you have this insurance plan and they give you a hard time on the phone by saying its excluded by your employeer, make sure you go ahead and read your booklet anyways and contact your HR. My surgeon doesn't forsee a problem. I'm just waiting to complete my psyc eval, which will be done in the next 10 days. After that my surgeons office will be submitting to the insurance company.  Keep your fingers crossed for me, Tiffany
