Emergen-C ??? Has anyone used it?

I've been reading about this supplement. Can we use it? Is it carbonated? I checked their website and cant get a definitive answer. It's supposed to be great for post-ops.

I havent had the surgery but I do use Emergen-C. It is midly fizzy, carbonated, whatever you wanna call it. Not sure how it's carbonated though, since it's in a packet, but it's very bland but if you add a sweetener to it it's not too bad.  My little boy likes it with the green tea stuff you put in your water, with splenda of course.
