Bariatric Cooking Class!

I am sorry for the late post, but I was out with pneumonia last week...

Florida Hospital Celebration Health and US Bariatric Orlando are pleased to announce the start of a series of health cooking classes presented by nutritionist, Ann Tamanini, RD.

The classes are specifically tailored for persons who have had bariatric surgery but are open to everyone. Each class costs $10 and will include fun education, fool-proof recipes, and feature techniques for cooking bariatric friendly meals!

The next class is scheduled for January 16th from 6:30PM - 7:30PM in Conference Room I.

Since this is a brand new course offering and space is limited, pre-registration is required no later than Wednesday, 9 Jan 08! Please call 407.303.4425 to pre-register.

sweet! i'll sign up as soon as i can drive.  Is there a support group meeting at Celebration? My PCP is there and it's easier then going to Tampa where my Surgeon is.

Yes - the second Wednesday of every month at 7:30PM is the "all-surgery" support group. The second Monday at 7:00PM is the LAP-BAND only support group.

I am at Info every Wednesday, so hopefully I'll see you there!
