Need Help in Tampa Area

I am staying in Indian Rocks Beach for the Holidays and was dumb enough to fall asleep with gum in my mouth.  You guessed it I swallowed it.   In the event that I need a scope... where do I go in the Tampa area?  Is there a bariatric clinic?  I of course want to go someplace where folks are familiar with 'us".   Please help Kim
