NEED PCP...HELP

Looking for a wls freindly pcp in the west palm beach area or any in palm beach county?

I moved to the same area recently and I too am looking for a PCP and a few specialists. I have made appointments for January with some doctors I found on the Blue Cross & Blue Shield website that are in network. You may want to check with your insurance company first and see who they list. Liz

If you already have a bariatric surgeon in mind call them and see if they could suggest a doctor that they normally get referrals from.  What I did was call a surgeon that does WLS and inquired about what all I needed to do and they told me and mailed me some info and I also told them that I was having a hard time finding a WLS friendly doctor and they gave me a couple of doctors that they have recieved referrals from in the past.  Try it, it would'nt hurt! Hi Vicky, no I never found one-  I am still looking.  I think I will ask my surgeons office when I have my next appointment.  Let me know if you find one. Julie
