MEDICAID AND MEDICARE SURGEONS LIST!

there is 2 other drs in with ben david that does surgey here in NORTH FL jusy has mine 11/20/13 he also takes medicare

 The Doctorsa At UF Gainesville they do only tow surgeries RnY and lapband. No Good For ME. but maybe for your daughter I personally want and need te VGS.

no dr ben david at shands does the VGS bc he asked me if i would be intrested in it. I told him no

I just had my surgery 11/20/13 with Dr.Ben-David he done a sleeve bc he couldnt get my intestines to strecth enough.. I have medipass/medicaid and it paid for dr.. surgery.. and visits he is in GAinesville FL @ Shands

I contacted the Univerisity of South Florida (Tampa General Hospital), and was told that Dr. Murr accepts Amerigroup, Heath Ease and Stay Well Medicaid plans. His contact info; Bariatric coordinator Susan Orellana (813)844-7473 [email protected]

 

HI, I am also in fl with shared cost. Looks like Shands at UF does from what my dr said and what I have read here.

I do know from lots of research that there is curently no drs in FL that take straight medicaid. However if you can get an HMO for medicaid Staywell will cover it. They do make you have a year of Dr visits and must be recomended by your Dr. I know their is several drs that except Staywall I used Dr. Gordon and Dr. Gonzalvo they due the surgery at Morton Plant in Clearwater.
