Weigh in this morning

I went to Weigh****chers this morning(explain later). According to their scales,which way me 4 pounds heavier than at the dr.'s,I lost 20.2 pounds theis past week. I'm 1 week out today.

Go to Dr. Hipps office Wednesday to get staples out. Will see what I way then. I'm gonna make Monday my weigh in day. Keeps it simple and easier for me to track.
