HELLO EVERYONE, I AM NEW TO THESE BOARD. I HAD GASTRIC BYPASS, ON MONDAY 10/15/2007, WITH DR. JAWAD. I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING WITH GETTING IN PROTEIN. TODAY I WENT TO GNC AND BROUGHT SOME LIQUID PROTEIN. YOU KNOW THE KIND IN THE BLACK BOTTLE WITH THE RED LABEL. HAS ANYONE TRIED THIS BEFORE, IS IT SAFE. I KNOW I SHOULD ASK DR. Why don't you do a little looking around at the BariatricEating.com website and then you can buy most of the products they carry locally.  The only exception is the AchievOne, which is like Starbuck's Frappaccino. Congratulations!
