ANYONE USE DR. WIZMAN IN SOUTH FLORIDA?????

I WAS JUST WONDERING IF ANYONE ON THIS HAS USED DR. WIZMAN. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW YOUR EXPIEIENCES PLEAS4E. I DONT HAVE MY DATE YET BUT I AM ANTICIPATING DECEMBER FOR RNY. I THINK HE IS SUCH A NICE GUY AND I KNOW HOW EXPIERIENCED HE IS , I JUST WOULD LIKE TO TALK TO SOMEONE WHO HAS USED HIM. THANK YOU!!!!! E IN SOUTH FLORIDA

Hi Jackiesmom, Dr. Wizman did my surgery on April 16, 2007.  I think he is the greatest.  He was very cautious.  After my surgery, the next day I was sent for a routine test to make sure there were no leaks and there weren't.  He then had me go for the same test a week later.  He told me he was "paranoid".  I still had no leaks but it was nice to have someone who is so concerned with my well being that he would have that test done twice.  All his patients have access to his cell phone which he answers himself.  I didn't call him very often, but in the beginning whenever I had a question, I would call him and he never minded.  He also is big on after care and runs  the support group meetings once a month.  These once a month sessions really keep his patients motivated and educated.  If you have any quesions, please feel free to ask.  Hillary
