got letter from pcp

I posted it on my blog. feel free to read it and tell me what you think. My counselor from Voc Rehab will be resubmitting this and letter from ortho doctor hopefully this week. Thanks for your input and support

Wendy what Insurance Company are you using? And usually the surgeon's office will be the Insurance contact person as they have direct links to each Insurance companies main person for approval. As they also have the current correct medical coding which need to be submitted too. Keep us posted, Mike
