Palm Beach County Doctors

Hey gang, hoping someone can help me out here.  My company is getting new health insurance beginning 8/1/07, BCBS of Florida.  I am looking for a new PCP, one who has experience dealing with long term/life long maintenance issues with post WLS patients, preferably in Southeast Palm Beach county (Boynton Beach/Delray Beach/Boca Raton) or Northeast Broward county.  If anyone knows of someone you can recommend, please let me know.  Thanks.
